“Grammy-nominated blues master Eric Bibb, is a modern day troubadour. Twice winner of the W.C. Handy Award for “Acoustic Blues Artist of the Year” and 2012 winner of “Acoustic Blues Album of the Year” for Troubadour Eric is a true preservationist. Raised in New York City amidst a family of professional musicians including his father Leon, uncle John Lewis- a founding member of The Modern Jazz Quartet, and godfather Paul Robeson, along with regular house visits by the likes of Bob Dylan, Pete Seeger and Odetta, Eric received an solid foundation in blues and roots music. With over 30 albums including his latest, Lead Belly’s Gold with French harmonica player J.J.
